All customers receive a full 1 year GUARANTEE on plants and labor
Any and all claims must be made in writing before the end of the guarantee period.
As long as the original purchaser lives full time in the residence where the plants were planted, the plants are guaranteed. We provide you with a new plant (of the same variety and size when planted), one time free of charge. Planting and labor is covered under this warranty. Exceptions: annuals, chrysanthemums, transplants, sod and seeding.
Proper care includes: watering sufficiently and spraying for insect and disease control.
Plants will be replaced during the next planting season, as long as the plants are available. Plant substitutions may be necessary.
We are not responsible for losses due to damage caused by storms, snow, vandalism or any other factors beyond our control.
